Bio-based fertilizer synergist-helping breakthroughs in water-soluble NPK fertilizers
Macroelement water-soluble NPK fertilizers are generally divided into four types: high nitrogen, high phosphorus, balanced, and high potassium.
1. Promote root growth and seedling growth (bio-based synergist-alginate oligosaccharide AOS)
Wellyou Tech uses fucoidan lyase technology to enzymatically produce highly active alginate oligosaccharides, with below functions:
- Fully water-soluble
- Highly stable (polymerization degree is stable at 2-7 poly)
- Stimulating and inducing the plant’s own endogenous hormones (auxin, abscisic acid , gibberellin, jasmonic acid, etc.), and increase it by 5-8 times.
- It stimulates the abscisic acid and jasmonic acid of plants, improves the disease resistance of crops
- Turns water-soluble NPK fertilizers into functional fertilizer in seconds.
Water-soluble NPK fertilizers with high nitrogen and phosphorus macroelements need to be effective quickly and have significant differentiation. It is recommended to use AOS to increase the effectiveness. In view of the function of highly active AOS, it is recommended to add 1kg per ton to high-nitrogen and high-phosphorus NPK fertilizers to quickly take root, improve stress resistance and disease prevention effects, and is easy to add, safe and scientific and efficient.
2. Coloring and sweetening (bio-based fertilizer synergist-5-aminolevulinic acid 5-ALA)
Wellyou Tech’s 5-ALA product uses synthetic biology technology to build a cell factory, with a production content of up to 55g/L, the highest level in the world. 5-ALA is the biosynthetic precursor of tetrapyrrole compounds such as heme and chlorophyll. It captures light and fixes CO2, promotes the synthesis of soluble sugars and carbohydrates in plants, increases sweetness and color, and increases yield and quality.
During the crop color change period, high-potassium macroelement water-soluble NPK fertilizers are commonly used. In order to achieve better and more stable color change and sweetness, we can add 3-5kg 5-ALA powder per ton to promote the synthesis of carbohydrates and proteins. The color change and sweetening effect are more prominent.
3. Promote growth and increase production (bio-based fertilizer synergist-γ-aminobutyric acid GABA)
Wellyou Tech uses a whole-cell conversion method to produce γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), with a liquid content of 450g/L and a powder content of 98%. Its activity is 40% higher than other processes and it is resistant to strong acids and alkalis. GABA is currently the only clear ion transport regulator that regulates the absorption of key elements by crops. Thereby it can achieve the effects of ensuring, stabilizing, and increasing yields.
In the high-nitrogen, high-potassium, balanced water-soluble NPK fertilizers during the fruit expansion period. We use γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Add 3-5kg GABA powder per ton to promote early maturity, make the fruit full and hard, resistant to storage, and increase yield by 10 -30%.
