Potassium humate is a heterogeneous polymeric aromatic hydroxy carboxylate, which is extracted from lignite after fine selection and reacted with KOH liquid. It is soluble in water, alkaline, and contains active groups such as carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl groups.
The usage: drip irrigation and spraying in agriculture.
- As topdressing and base fertilizer: in strips, sprinkled, and in holes;
- Spray on the ground and leaves (0.1-0.2% solution);
- Suitable for fruit trees, tea, citrus, grapes, strawberries, various trees, flower trees, flowers, melons, vegetables, rice and other crops;
- Water 500 times the water solution on the roots; spray 1000 times the water solution on the leaves, just keep it moist;
- Application rate per mu: 20-25kg.
The role and efficacy of potassium humate:
- It can improve soil physical characteristics, improve soil aggregate structure, reduce soil compactness, and achieve a good condition;
- Increase the cation exchange capacity and fertilizer retention capacity of the soil to absorb and exchange plant nutrients, improve the slow effect of fertilizers, and increase the fertilizer and water retention capacity of the soil;
- Provide activities of beneficial soil microorganisms;
- Promote the decomposition of man-made (such as pesticides) or natural toxic substances and their effects;
- Increase the buffering capacity of the soil and neutralize the soil pH;
- Directly affect cell metabolism, improve crop respiration and photosynthesis, and enhance crop resistance, such as drought resistance, cold resistance, disease resistance, etc.;
- Release the nutrients needed by plants after decomposition;
- Strong roots increase production, improve crop quality and increase the sweetness of melons and fruits.
