Bentonite is a special fertilizer granulation binder refined by our company using pure white high-quality bentonite ore as the basic raw material through crushing, beneficiation, selection, grinding, packaging and other processes. This product can be used in various fertilizers such as compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, BB fertilizer, flush fertilizer, potash fertilizer, organic fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, etc. It is commonly used as fertilizer additive and granulation binder.

Features

It has the characteristics of strong hydrophilicity, good lubricity, high water absorption, good water solubility, strong adhesion, good suspension, and good thixotropy. Therefore, it is especially suitable for compound fertilizers, compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers, Bonding granulation and filling of potash fertilizer. In addition, bentonite is cheaper than other fertilizer binding materials, so the fertilizer produced with it is not only low-cost, but also cost-effective.

Advantages of bentonite as binder for compound fertilizer

granulation:

1.  High viscosity, fast granulation speed, high balling rate, good hardness and strong water solubility;
2.  The color has good whiteness, which can reach 75~85%, and is especially suitable for use as a white granulating agent in compound fertilizers;
